Known for their accuracy, innovation, and commitment to quality, our client is at the forefront of clinical diagnostics, serving hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the country.

We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager – Clinical Diagnostics to manage key relationships and grow business across a diverse client base.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to introduce new testing services and solutions. This role combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of clinical diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts within the healthcare and laboratory sectors

• Identify and convert new business opportunities

• Promote a portfolio of diagnostic services to clinical and procurement stakeholders

• Support tender processes, service agreements, and contract renewals

• Deliver presentations, product updates, and client training where needed

• Work collaboratively with internal laboratory, logistics, and support teams

• Stay informed on clinical diagnostics trends and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in medical sales, clinical diagnostics, or laboratory services

• Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and highly organised, with a client-first mindset

• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
