About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join the Equipment Division within the Medical Devices sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a real impact by supporting clinicians with innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering year-on-year sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting a range of medical equipment across the acute hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while growing market share.

  • Manage and service existing accounts, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Build and implement strategic account plans in target hospitals.

  • Train and support healthcare professionals to ensure best practice use of products.

  • Conduct strategic reviews with key customers to strengthen partnerships.

  • Represent the business at exhibitions, conferences, and other clinical events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.

  • Complete all reporting and administration requirements accurately and on time.

  • Travel internationally for product training and clinical meetings as required.

Products & Customers

  • Product Range: Capital Equipment, including infusion devices, ultrasound, disinfection, and isolation products.

  • Customer Base: Clinicians, Clinical Nurse Managers, Biomedical Engineering Departments, and Procurement Teams.

About You

We’re looking for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Proven track record in medical sales (minimum 2–3 years), ideally in capital equipment.

  • Strong ability to engage with clinical opinion leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a wider cross-functional team.

  • High customer focus and commitment to service excellence.

  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
