About the Role

A growing surgical solutions organisation is seeking a Medical Device Product Specialist to support and develop a portfolio of innovative surgical technologies across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual to build a long term career in medical devices. You will work closely with surgeons and clinical stakeholders to promote products deliver education and support territory growth through professional clinical engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed business development goals and sales targets within the assigned territory

• Promote surgical devices and healthcare solutions to clinical and hospital stakeholders

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships based on trust credibility and service quality

• Deliver product education demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals

• Gather and report insights on customer needs market activity competitor positioning and opportunities

• Contribute to territory planning and account development initiatives

• Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of clinical applications

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support territory and business objectives

Candidate Profile

• Third level qualification at honours degree level or equivalent

• Background in healthcare business engineering or science advantageous

• Commercially curious with strong interest in developing a career in medical devices

• Confident presenter with the ability to communicate technical information clearly

• Self-motivated proactive and eager to learn in a fast paced environment

• Natural problem solver with strong initiative and ownership mindset

• Full clean driving licence with willingness to travel
