About the Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading healthcare technology provider, specialising in ultrasound and radiology solutions.

You’ll be responsible for driving business growth across Ireland and Northern Ireland, developing strong relationships with key hospital and diagnostic imaging stakeholders, and representing a trusted portfolio of advanced healthcare systems.

This role combines sales performance with strategic partnership - ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys both technical product engagement and consultative relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive year-on-year sales growth by meeting and exceeding territory targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare organisations.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored business strategies to support expansion.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting while adhering to budget and pricing guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales processes and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Provide market feedback on trends, customer needs, and product performance.

  • Support brand recognition and presence through customer outreach and events.

  • Prepare competitive quotations and proposals while maintaining profitability.

  • Coordinate business initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Ensure timely customer payments and maintain the highest ethical standards in all business dealings.

  • Participate in relevant training sessions, internal meetings, and occasional overnight travel as required.



Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare or medical device sales, ideally within diagnostic imaging or radiology.

  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare sector and existing network within hospital environments.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to achieve measurable sales growth.

  • Strong commercial awareness, financial acumen, and analytical discipline.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to wider business goals.

  • Willingness to travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
