About the Role

Grey Wave Recruitment is seeking a Medical Advisor for a leading pharmaceutical organisation providing scientific medical and regulatory support across assigned therapeutic areas. This is a non promotional role focused on delivering high quality medical information supporting sales and marketing training activities ensuring compliance with regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements and acting as a key scientific point of contact for healthcare professionals and specialist clinical centres.

You will support internal teams through scientific guidance training and clinical insight while also engaging externally with KOLs to provide accurate evidence based information. The position requires strong scientific expertise excellent communication ability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance integrity and medical governance.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy area and product training to sales and marketing teams

• Deliver scientific support and guidance for commercial activities while maintaining non promotional standards

• Provide accurate medical information to healthcare professionals and respond to product related queries

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory vigilance and pharmacovigilance requirements

• Gather and communicate medical insights to support clinical development and strategic planning

• Act as the primary scientific contact for KOLs specialist physicians and centres of excellence

• Maintain up to date scientific knowledge across assigned therapeutic areas

• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations legislation and industry ethics codes

• Support internal teams through clear evidence based communication and scientific interpretation


Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Pharmacy or Biology to MSc PharmD or PhD level

• Minimum two years relevant experience in a Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry

• Highly organised and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages appropriately

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems regulatory requirements and patient access pathways

• Ability to build relationships with KOLs and HCPs across multiple therapeutic areas

• Strategic thinker with strong scientific judgement and a commitment to scientific accuracy and integrity

• Compliance driven mindset with high professional standards
