Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share across assigned regions and hospital accounts.

• Build and maintain relationships with orthopaedic consultants, surgical teams, and clinical stakeholders.

• Provide product demonstrations, training, and in-theatre support to ensure optimal use of surgical systems.

• Identify new business opportunities and manage strategic account development.

• Support procurement processes, tenders, and clinical evaluations.

• Maintain up-to-date technical and product knowledge across the orthopaedic portfolio.

• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and professional training events.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in medical device or orthopaedic sales, or strong clinical background with sales ambition.

• In-depth understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, or trauma and joint reconstruction.

• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts independently.

• Strong relationship builder with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
