Salary: Competitive, plus performance bonus
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Product Specialist to join a leading healthcare solutions provider within the Medical Devices and Equipment Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across the southern region by promoting a portfolio of advanced medical technologies that improve patient outcomes and provide cost-effective solutions to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent year-on-year sales growth by meeting or exceeding annual targets. 
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers across acute hospital environments. 
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline within the territory. 
- Implement strategic account plans in target hospitals and departments. 
- Provide clinical training and support to ensure customers use products safely and effectively. 
- Conduct strategic reviews and support key accounts to maximize value and satisfaction. 
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant clinical or sales events. 
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical teams, biomedical engineers, and procurement professionals. 
- Complete all reporting, administrative, and compliance tasks accurately and on time. 
- Attend international manufacturer training courses and conferences as required. 
Product Portfolio & Customers
The portfolio includes capital medical equipment such as infusion systems, ultrasound technology, disinfection and isolation products, and other solutions used in acute care settings.
Key customers include clinicians, clinical nurse managers, biomedical engineering departments, and procurement teams.
About You
- Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally with 2 - 3 years’ experience in capital equipment. 
- Skilled at engaging and influencing clinical decision-makers. 
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
- Strong organisational ability with a high level of initiative and self-management. 
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. 
- Committed to outstanding customer service and long-term relationship building. 
- Willingness to travel within the region and internationally for training or meetings.
